About
My Show................
I spent countless
hours carefully choosing the songs on my list. I, of course, want
to play the songs people want to hear, but also want to enjoy the
songs I am playing. It is difficult to create a play list that will
appeal to people of all ages and musical interests. I wanted my show
to be different and to fill the void of songs people love by artists
such as the Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, the Moody Blues, Pink Floyd
and Jethro Tull.
Fortunately, I have been heavily influenced by several generations of musicians
of varying disciplines, and have a broad musical base to draw from. My play
list spans across the genres of rock & roll (oldies), pop, classic rock,
folk, country and modern rock.
Take a look at the list and I think you'll agree that not only does it have
all the bases covered; the songs that were picked are some of the greatest
of all time.

About
Me................
I started out by borrowing my older brother’s guitar when I was about
12 years old, and spent the next few years learning everything I could( much
to the irritation of my family – who heard me practicing over and over
again.
As a teenager I acquired a great deal of dexterity and technical mastery of
the guitar through the scale studies of Steve Vai, Eric Johnson and Yngwie
Malmstein.
Over the years, through my acquaintances and friendships with people of varying
ages and backgrounds, I’ve learned that there are many things that
make musicians great. For example, one has to be in awe of the beauty and
poetry of Simon and Garfunkel, the soul of Stevie Ray Vaughn, the songwriting
prowess of the Beatles, and the shear genius of Chick Corea and Dave Brubeck.
Not to mention the brilliance of overlapping emotions within a perfect
harmony in compositions by Mozart and Bach. Such Musicians have heavily
influenced my style.
I am currently composing and recording my own music individually and with the
band Thirst-n-Howl. My brother Nathan and I have reformed our acoustic
duo, which adds the dimension of harmony and the depth of a second guitar.
This will be an exciting year and I look forward to sharing my show with
you!
